Stuck in a hotel

I am currently stuck in a dumpy Vegas hotel. I don't really like Vegas that much...dirty city. Rob is out working and I am waiting for him to come back. It has been good to get some homework done though. Here are the pictures that I tried to upload a while ago but blogspot was being stupid.

This is my GORGEOUS niece, Lindsay. She turned 20 this weekend and we had a little birthday dinner for her. Isn't she just beautiful?

This is my too-cute-for-her-own-good niece, Danica. We weren't really paying attention to her and turned to find her digging in the cake with a spoon. Linds had to quickly grab the cake and I grabbed my camera. Ha. It was so cute. This baby loves her chocolate.

Rascal Flatts.....wow. It was such a good concert. These guys sound just like their CD. Thank you Linds and Ash Brandt for inviting me to tag along with you guys! They planned the whole thing and were so nice to invite me.

These pics are so out of order and I am in too much of a hurry to fix them. Sorry. This is me and one of my Besties, Kam. I have missed this girl SO SO SO much. I seriously long for the days when we would all just hang on Tie's porch. Those were the best summer days. Anyway, I got to go up and see her in SLC this last weekend. It was a long needed visit.

Our seats were so close. Ash and Linds did a great job! This is Gary. I think next time we will leave the husbands at home. They kept yelling stupid things the whole show like, "I love you Gary!" LOL. It was a little embarrassing but funny at the same time.

The guys again. It was seriously such a great show...all the lights and fireworks and everything.

I have video that I am thinking about posting....but I think it might be too boring. we'll see.

First, I can't sleep. That is why I am posting this so late. Have you ever had too much on your mind and it keeps you awake? That's me tonight. Tomorrow...I mean today is going to be one of those long days.

Second.....the picture above is of my niece, Dani. I freaking love that baby too much. I have a bunch more pictures but blogspot is being dumb and would only let me upload ONE PICTURE!! I have some from the Rascal Flatts concert on Friday night (sogoodbytheway) and more of my awesome family but no can't post them. So you guys are going to have to wait until my spring break is over to get them all. Unless there is another night like this one, which I hope there isn't. A girl needs her beauty sleep.

OK FINE!!!!

I was tagged forever ago by Lara and then by Tie and Loni. I didn't post because I really couldn't think of that many interesting things about me. So now I am just going to start typing and hope that things come to my mind.

anyway...here are the rules

1. I brush my teeth in the shower. I let my conditioner set while I do it. It saves time. Also I am an extremely messy tooth brusher. Rob teases me about it the few times I don't brush in the shower and I have toothpaste all down my chin. So to combat getting daily toothpaste stains on my clothes, I brush in the shower. I am pretty sure that I picked up this habit from my sister Carrie. Growing up the toothpaste would always end up in the shower and eventually I just got sick of taking it out everyday. Plus like I said before, it's beneficial for me.

2. I am the T.P. Bandit. HA! I cannot stand when the toilet paper roll is not on the hanger. I often will use someone's bathroom and the roll will be sitting on the back of the toilet, on the counter, or sitting on top of the actual holder but not in it and I hang it for them. Well more for me than them...I can't stand it! Oh and if your toilet paper is hung backwards (with the roll unrolling towards the back and not over the top. Bet you didn't know there was a right way to hang the T.P.?) then I will switch it the right way around. I don't know. Some people read on the toilet....well I organize the toilet paper.

3. I am a people watcher and I love it. I love it because people are so dang interesting. I don't watch to judge or anything like that. I watch because even the weirdest of people amaze me. People are awesome. I think that's why I like the airport so much. One time I was on a layover in Chicago and I sat there looking at everyones shoes and trying to decided what kind of person they are by their shoes. Also, people tell a lot about themselves in just how they move and act and that's interesting to me.

4. I LOVE the sound of rain, skateboards on pavement, and bowling pins being knocked down. I hate the sound of someone chewing on marsh mellows and the sound that cracking your knuckles makes.

5. I haven't had a carbonated drink since July of 1997. The day of warped tour. I can't remember the exact reason I decided to start it that day. I know I was dancing a lot and playing softball and it helped with my endurance. Oh and I lost weight when I stopped drinking pepsi.

6. One of my most favorite things ever....I LOVE LOVE LOVE seeing people "jamming out" in their car. It seriously can make my whole day when I pull up to a stop light and look over to see someone rocking out in their car. That and seeing kids selling lemonade on the side of the road. One time, when I was driving, I saw this little kid holding a sign that said, "really cool rocks for sale." I had to immediately stop and buy one of those really cool rocks. I love seeing things like that. :)

Ok Ok...so I haven't posted anything in a while. I have many many things that I would like to comment on (Like Pres. Hinkley's death, the elections, etc) but I just don't really have the time. So I thought I would give you guys a picture post instead. enjoy. This was a few weekends ago. We went sledding/snowboarding/snowskating up in draper. It was way up by the point of the mountain and the snow was crazy high. Both Rob and I got really sick after this .The boys boarding. Matt, Jason, and Nick.

Crumby Sickness

Hey all! Sorry that I haven't posted in so long. Rob has been so sick and between taking care of him and school....well I seriously have no time. He is feeling a little better and I am just praying that I don't get it. What have we been up to? Nothing much really. I have a bunch of pictures to post but haven't put them on my computer yet. I promise I will post again soon! Sorry...I really am for lack of words.
